We're looking for a Digital PR & Content Manager to join our growing PR and Content team. This is a digital-first role for someone who understands how brands build visibility, authority and relevance in an environment where media, search, social and influencer channels are increasingly interconnected. You'll develop and deliver campaigns that earn attention across earned media, creator networks, search and AI platforms, combining strong PR instincts with a genuine understanding of the digital landscape.

You’ll have hands-on experience running influencer and creator campaigns alongside traditional media relations, and you’ll know how to use digital insight, from search data to social trends, to shape ideas that cut through. You’ll be comfortable working across B2B clients in a fast-paced agency environment, and you’ll play an active role in supporting our own agency marketing too. This is a client-facing role that requires someone who is commercially aware, proactive and ideas-driven – with the confidence to spot opportunities and the craft to execute them well.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver integrated digital PR campaigns across a portfolio of B2B clients.
  • Identify strong news hooks, reactive opportunities and data-driven angles that earn coverage across media, search and AI platforms.
  • Lead outreach from campaign concept through to delivery, securing earned coverage, brand mentions and backlinks across target media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media contacts and industry voices.
  • Write press releases, media pitches, commentary and thought leadership content to a high standard.
  • Plan and manage influencer and creator campaigns, from identifying the right voices and negotiating partnerships through to briefing, delivery and performance reporting.
  • Build and maintain a network of relevant B2B creators, industry influencers and subject matter voices across key platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram and emerging channels.
  • Develop influencer briefs that are strategically grounded and creatively compelling.
  • Monitor influencer landscape trends and identify emerging opportunities for clients.
  • Support campaigns designed to improve organic visibility, authority and discoverability across search and generative AI platforms.
  • Use search insight, trend data and analytics to inform campaign concepts and optimise performance.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, including coverage quality, backlinks, referral traffic, social reach and visibility metrics.
  • Work closely with PR, creative and account teams, including briefing our creative production team on campaign assets.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and help identify content and influencer opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a digital PR, influencer marketing or integrated B2B communications role. Agency experience preferred.
  • Proven track record delivering digital PR campaigns and securing high-quality media coverage.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and managing influencer or creator campaigns, including identifying talent, managing relationships and reporting on performance.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills across multiple formats.
  • Solid understanding of how digital PR supports organic visibility, authority and discoverability across search and AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital PR and SEO tools such as Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush, GA4 and Google Search Console.
  • Experience using data, search insight and trends to shape campaign strategy.
  • Commercially aware, organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confident in client-facing situations and comfortable presenting ideas and results.
  • Experience working with or alongside SEO or organic search teams.
  • Understanding of generative engine optimisation (GEO) and AI-driven discovery trends.
  • Experience across B2B influencer campaigns.
  • Existing network of B2B creators or industry influencers.
