Responsibilities

  • Negotiate sales on behalf of clients
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying process
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate new business
  • Assist in progressing sales from the point of offer all the way through to completion
  • Assist in marketing properties through online listings, social media, and other advertising platforms
  • Onboarding and compliance of new customers
  • Conduct property viewings with potential buyers

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and property laws/regulations is desirable
  • Previous estate agency experience is preferred but not essential for this role
