Description Du Poste
En tant que Technicien(ne) Voix et Données, vous serez en charge de :
- L'installation et la mise en service des solutions vendues par Quonex Alsatel
- La maintenance préventive et curative des installations
- Le dépannage des installations et solutions vendues en intervenant sur site ou à distance
Vos Domaines D'intervention Seront :
- Téléphonie OXO / OXE
- Téléphonie Cloud
- Configuration éléments actifs réseaux (switchs / routeur)
- Péritéléphonie
- Courant faible
Secteur D'intervention : Alsace (Bas-Rhin/Haut-Rhin), Lorraine
Profil recherché
Nous recherchons un(e) technicien(ne) dynamique et polyvalent(e), ayant une solide expérience dans l'infogérance et la gestion de régie locale pour des clients grands comptes, notamment sur des infrastructures complètes en Voix et Données. Une volonté d’évoluer vers des produits de la Sécurité des biens et des personnes, tels que la Géolocalisation, l’Appel Infirmière, etc., serait un plus. Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation technique en informatique, réseaux, télécommunications, ou domaine similaire, avec un niveau Bac à Bac+3, ou justifiez d'une expérience significative dans des fonctions similaires. Vous aimez travailler en équipe et avez un sens prononcé du service client. Vous possédez une Habilitation électrique et CACES R486. Le permis B est requis pour ce poste (véhicule de service mis à disposition).
