Salary: £25,115, with salary progression once you complete the Level 3

Role: As a key person in waiting, you will be working across all rooms where ages range from 6 months to 2.5 years. You will support the room leaders and team within the rooms, giving you great experience as a practitioner and enhancing your development.

Requirements: You will have at least 1 year experience in a nursery setting and a Level 2 qualification (complete or in progress).
Study Requirement: You will be required to undertake an Early Years qualification recognised by OFSTED (Level 3) after successful probation period. We will pay for this qualification.
