Les Petites Etoiles is a group of children's nurseries that provides exceptional childcare in a nurturing bilingual environment. We are passionate about our mission and deeply care about our local community, parents, and staff.
We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Nursery Manager Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative duties for our nursery in Paddington.
Location: You will work in our nursery in Paddington.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the nursery manager in organizing staff induction, DBS checks, activities, and new parent tours.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for parents and staff.
- Manage office operations and procedures, including employee records, invoices, and dealing with visitors.
- Support in the classroom when needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Be comfortable working in a changing and occasionally noisy environment.
- Proficient in Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Teams.
- Good telephone manner.
- Independent thinker who is comfortable taking on small projects.
- Confident in learning new software to support specific tasks.
