What’s at stake / Your mission
As Head of Growth & Marketing , your role is pivotal: you’ll lead strategy and execution across the full marketing funnel from acquisition to retention while scaling the brand’s presence internationally.
Your ultimate goal? Fuel sales with high-quality, high-intent leads , thanks to scalable, data-driven campaigns and a brand people remember (and trust).
You’ll be responsible for:
Growth Strategy & Performance Marketing
– Define and execute full-funnel growth strategies (inbound, outbound, ABM) to drive qualified pipeline.
– Design data-backed campaigns tailored to key personas.
– Own performance tracking: campaign ROI, conversion analysis, CRM optimisation (HubSpot).
– Manage SEO, SEA, and content efforts alongside agency partners.
– Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, test new acquisition tactics, and expand into new markets.
– Keep an eye on competitors and market trends to stay ahead of the game.
Brand & Content Marketing
– Own brand positioning and messaging across all channels.
– Build thought leadership through PR, events, partnerships.
– Oversee content strategy: case studies, whitepapers, client testimonials, webinars.
– Create impactful sales enablement materials in collaboration with Sales.
– Lead event marketing strategy for trade shows and conferences.
Team & Agency Management
– Manage and mentor a growing international team of 5 (France & UK).
– Coordinate work with external agencies and partners (SEO, SEA, creative).
– Own and optimise the global marketing budget.
Growth & Learning Opportunities
You’ll join at a pivotal stage: Rise Up is scaling fast, and this role gives you end-to-end ownership of global marketing . Expect to grow with the business, take on strategic challenges, and evolve into a key member of the leadership team.
Your Future Team
You’ll work closely with the executive team (including the Country Manager UK, CEO and Chief Revenue Officer), manage a talented international marketing team, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

About You
– 8+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in SaaS or tech scale-ups.
– Strong track record in building pipeline through multi-channel, performance-driven campaigns.
– Expertise in account-based marketing (ABM), SEO/SEA, content strategy, CRM (HubSpot essential).
– Analytical mindset with confidence in dashboarding, KPIs, and performance reporting.
– A strategic yet hands-on operator, sensitive to brand storytelling.
– Fluent in English (written + spoken). French is a plus.
– Proven leadership experience: you know how to inspire, structure, and scale a marketing team in a high-growth context.
