The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Customer Success Support to join our London team. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to build a career in customer success. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service across our customer ecosystem, supporting clubs, instructors, and equipment partners, while working closely with teams across the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external customers
  • Manage customer administration across clubs, instructors, and equipment
  • Maintain and update accurate data in Salesforce and other systems
  • Handle customer queries, cases, agreements, and quotations
  • Support reporting and customer insights for the wider team
  • Assist with event administration and onboarding activities
  • Contribute to customer retention and experience initiatives
  • Support new business administration and discovery
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and improve processes
  • Build strong product knowledge to deliver an exceptional customer experience
