The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Customer Success Support to join our London team. This is an entry‑level role perfect for someone who is detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and eager to build a career in customer success. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service across our customer ecosystem, supporting clubs, instructors, and equipment partners, while working closely with teams across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external customers
- Manage customer administration across clubs, instructors, and equipment
- Maintain and update accurate data in Salesforce and other systems
- Handle customer queries, cases, agreements, and quotations
- Support reporting and customer insights for the wider team
- Assist with event administration and onboarding activities
- Contribute to customer retention and experience initiatives
- Support new business administration and discovery
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to solve problems and improve processes
- Build strong product knowledge to deliver an exceptional customer experience
