The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Customer Success Support to join our London team.

This is an entry‑level role perfect for someone who is detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and eager to build a career in customer success.

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service across our customer ecosystem, supporting clubs, instructors, and equipment partners, while working closely with teams across the business.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external customers
  • Manage customer administration across clubs, instructors, and equipment
  • Maintain and update accurate data in Salesforce and other systems
  • Handle customer queries, cases, agreements, and quotations
  • Support reporting and customer insights for the wider team
  • Assist with event administration and onboarding activities
  • Contribute to customer retention and experience initiatives
  • Support new business administration and discovery
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to solve problems and improve processes
  • Build strong product knowledge to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • What Success Looks Like
  • Accurate, up‑to‑date CRM data and reporting
  • Customer queries resolved quickly and effectively
  • Strong relationships across Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and global teams
  • Clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders
  • A consistent focus on service excellence and continuous improvement
  • Being a strong voice of the customer, helping shape better decisions
  • What You’ll Bring
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Experience using Excel and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confidence working across teams and engaging with customers
