The Role
- Coaching small-group strength sessions (2–9 women)
- Delivering high-quality coaching tailored to each client’s ability and goals
- Supporting women with strength, body composition, confidence, and lifestyle habits
- Conducting movement assessments and onboarding sessions
- Helping maintain the supportive, welcoming culture Bridge is known for
- Assisting with events, challenges, workshops, and community initiatives
- Maintaining a clean, professional, high-standard studio environment
- Contributing ideas and energy as the studio continues to grow
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Cert IV in Personal Training
- Strength and Conditioning experience preferred
- ASCA Level 1, Exercise Science degree, or additional qualifications, highly regarded
- Experience coaching women in a group or PT environment
- Strong understanding of progressive overload and structured strength training
- Confident communicator with a warm, positive personality
- Someone who can coach professionally while still creating a fun and welcoming vibe
- Organised, proactive, and genuinely passionate about health and fitness
- A team player who wants to grow with the business long term
