What we’re looking for:
- Qualified group fitness instructors or personal trainers (relevant certifications required)
- Current first aid/CPR and working with children check (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Flexible availability across Croydon and Lilydale (daytime, evenings, weekends as needed)
- Reliable, great with people, and committed to delivering safe, engaging classes
Duties:
- Deliver high-quality group training sessions consistent with BFT standards
- Provide excellent customer service and support studio managers
- Help with studio set-up/pack-down and light admin tasks when needed
- Contribute to a positive environment and help grow our member base
