Over the past 5 years, we’ve built a reputation for exceptional coaching, a supportive community, and an experience that keeps members coming back.

The programming is done for you and built on progressive, heart-rate-based training, so your job is to do what great coaches do best: connect with people, coach brilliant technique, and drive results.

The role:

  • Deliver high-energy, 50‑minute BFT sessions across a mix of mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Coach safe, effective technique and keep members training in the right heart‑rate zones
  • Build genuine relationships that keep members coming back
  • Add to a positive, supportive studio culture

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Hold (or are completing) a Cert III/IV in Fitness, with current First Aid/CPR and personal trainer insurance
  • Have group training or PT experience – or can show us you’ve got what it takes
  • Bring energy, warmth and real coaching knowledge to every session
  • Are reliable, professional, and genuinely love helping people get results
  • A passion for creating social content is a bonus, but your coaching always comes first.
