We’re looking for a high-energy coach to join the team at BFT Blackburn, the second most improved studio in the worldwide network in 2025! This is not a “stand and babysit the room" type of coaching role. We want someone who can:
- Light up a room at 5am
- Build genuine relationships with members
- Coach movement to all experience levels with confidence and attention to detail
- Create an experience people genuinely look forward to

The Role
You’ll be coaching group strength and conditioning sessions, helping members feel supported, challenged and connected. This role includes:
- Coaching morning and/or evening sessions
- Member engagement before, during and after class
- Supporting member retention and community culture
- Helping maintain high studio standards
- Potential involvement in events, challenges and social media content
