Overview
In this role you will own end-to-end payroll and HR administration for the UK and Ireland, partnering with an outsourced payroll provider to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processes.
You will drive data integrity across HR systems, manage benefits and onboarding/offboarding, and support governance for UK/Ireland payroll legislation.
You’ll collaborate with HR stakeholders to improve efficiency and data quality while handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end monthly payroll for UK & Ireland with ADP, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Act as primary liaison with ADP and reconcile payroll reports to resolve discrepancies.
- Provide prompt guidance to employees on payroll and benefits.
- Manage payroll reporting within defined timeframes.
- Ensure compliance with UK/Ireland payroll legislation (PAYE, NI, pensions, statutory payments).
- Maintain integrity of employee data across HR systems and manage data change requests.
- Oversee pension auto-enrolment processes and accompanying documentation.
- Assist with annual benefits renewals (PMI, Life, Income Protection) and seek optimization opportunities.
- Utilize ADP i HCM and Success Factors to administer salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Support HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, and creating digital personnel records.
- Prepare HR metrics (headcount, turnover, absence) and offer insights to HR leadership.
- Ensure Home Office compliance and manage Sponsor Management System for sponsored migrants.
- Handle statutory leave processing (SSP, SMP, SPP) and maintain holiday entitlement records.
- Draft and distribute employment letters and variations.
