Key Responsibilities
As Reception Team Leader, you will:
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring a polished and welcoming experience
- Greet and assist guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage team schedules, training and daily supervision
- Ensure Challenge 25 compliance is consistently upheld
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery
- Handle guest enquiries and issues efficiently and with discretion
- Maintain accurate administrative records and logs
What Were Looking For
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Strong experience in receptionist duties and customer service
- Skilled in administrative tasks and clerical responsibilities
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional demeanour
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or private members clubs (required)
- Experience in a gaming environment (a plus)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Proficiency in front desk software and office systems
