What you'll do:
- Plan and execute multi-channel CRM and digital campaigns across email, SMS, push, in-app, web, and paid channels to drive acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
- Build, manage, and optimise automated lifecycle journeys and audience segmentation using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Own website management and SEO performance, ensuring all digital assets are accurate, compliant, optimised, and aligned with promotional activity.
- Monitor and report on campaign and website performance using GA4 and CRM analytics, applying a test-and-learn approach to improve results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, compliance, technology, and customer teams to deliver customer-first, compliant communications.
- Maintain strong technical capability across CRM tools, HTML templates, tracking, and platform integrations, ensuring data is handled responsibly and in line with GDPR and regulatory requirements.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in digital marketing, martech, website or CRM management (agency or client-side).
- Technical Skills: Strong HTML knowledge with the ability to update, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across web and email platforms. Fluent with Microsoft Office products as well as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business suite, WordPress, and email marketing tools.
- Analytical & Delivery Skills: Data-driven, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects independently and report progress to senior stakeholders.
- Ways of Working: Self-starter with strong organisation and workload management skills, comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end.
- Bonus: Understanding of, or interest in, the UK casino or regulated digital markets. Experience working with SEO tools and data visualisation platforms.
