WorkJam is currently looking for a high-energy, driven Sales Executive with a successful background in building a strong sales pipeline and executing to deal closure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overachieving, securing lasting ARR with customers from target verticals. The successful candidate should be able to use consultative selling skills to clearly understand a customers’ business requirements and align those needs with the WorkJam Digital Workplace solution. This individual will concentrate on a strong pipeline of net new accounts in a fast-growing market and be focused on enterprise prospects. Core competencies of this role include superior communication, initiative and negotiating skills.
What you will be doing:
- Prospects and qualifies account opportunities for accounts in UK and in Europe as required.
- Develops a pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities.
- Works a set of named accounts to drive opportunities and pipeline.
- Is meticulous at keeping SFDC up to date and tracking all prospect information.
- Creates and communicates the value of the WorkJam Digital Workplace solution with prospects and clients.
- Builds relationships at all levels within organizations.
- Develops individual account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts.
- Develops thorough understanding of each account's industry and business.
- Ability to collaborate internally with key stakeholders to drive deals.
- Attends and is a proactive member of all trade shows.
What we are looking for:
- Passionate about Digital Workplace, Employee engagement, Collaborative communication and the last mile of Workforce Management.
- A challenger account executive that can also be collaborative.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, Excel, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.com.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills through all mediums of communication from phone calls to email, and webinars.
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and become an expert.
- Willing to own your position and come up with big picture ideas that streamline your work and make everyone more efficient.
- Experience in selling HCM and WFM Software is a plus.
- Ability to travel 40-60% of the time.
- Ability to work from a Remote/Home office.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
- Strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
