Job Role:
- Review, maintain and update the companies Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
- Undertake Site Audits and Site Inspections
- Undertake Toolbox
- Provide HSE Training and Inductions
- Conduct Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Conduct Accident Investigations
Person Requirements:
The ideal candidate must come from the Engineering Industry as a Health and Safety Manager. You will also have the following skills, qualifications or experience:
- Hold a minimum of a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent in Health and Safety
- Member of IOSH
- Experienced in managing ISO 9001 internal audits
- Experience of managing loan workers (ideally engineers)
- Have a hands on and engaging approach to health and safety
