Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality Manager\\n\\nLocation: SW London\\n\\nSalary: Circa £60k – £80k depending upon expeirence\\n\\nA main contractor specialising in retrofit and refurbs are now looking for a Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality Manager to join their team.\\n\\nHealth, Safety, Environmental & Quality Manager – Role\\n\\n * 2-3 Days per week based in HQ and Visiting Sites in central London\\n\\n * Assist in Tendering H&S and Prequal information.\\n\\n * Producing CPHSP\\n\\n * Assisting – Producing RAMS for Sites and Various site tasks.\\n\\n * Weekly Audits on live projects\\n\\n * Weekly reports for Directors\\n\\n * Assisting with Managing the H&S of workforce on site\\n\\n * Managing H&S in HQ and producing necessary RA – Fire Plans\\n\\n * Compliance with Legislation relating to H&S\\n\\n * Managing and Liaising with Site Managers to come up with Proactive Methods to undertake site works.\\n\\n * Reviews of H&S paperwork and Hold Points prior to work commencing\\n\\n * Temporary Works Coordination on projects – Managing Process and systems of work. Hold Points.\\n\\n * Training Matrix and Training Plan updates – review.\\n\\n * Producing Fire Plans – RA for sites\\n\\n * Assisting Directors where required\\n\\nHealth, Safety, Environmental & Quality Manager – Person requirments:\\n\\nThe ideal candidate MUST come from the construction industry as a Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Manager. You will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience:\\n\\n * Ideally a Grad IOSH (Cert-IOSH) Member and working towards CMIOSH\\n\\n * Hold a minimum of a NEBOSH Diploma or Equivilent in Occupational Health and Safety\\n\\n * Ideally hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate\\n\\n * CSCS Registered manager’s card Gold – Black\\n\\n * CITB 5 Day SMSTS\\n\\n * Temp Works Coordinator\\n\\n * Qualified 1st Aider\\n\\nFor more information please call Paul Gorton on (phone number removed).\\n\\nRidgeline are acting as a 3rd party on behalf of our client.
