A small, warehousing and distribution company are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join their team. The company has three small warehouses in the Brighton area that you will oversee the Health and Safety onsite. The main risks on these sites will be racking, FLT’s, Lifting Operations (LOLER), DSE and Manual Handling.
Health & Safety Advisor – Person Requirements:
- The ideal candidate MUST come from a warehousing & distribution background as a Health and Safety Advisor.
- Hold a minimum of a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
- Member of IOSH.
- Good understanding and working knowledge of LOLER.
- Experience with racking Inspection (Sema or Equivalent).
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
