Health and Safety Advisor

Location: Covering the North West – Head office Bolton. Salary: Circa £45,000 – £50,000 plus £6,000 company car allowance.

A well‑known Construction company are now looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to join their team.

Job Role

• Review, maintain and update the companies Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
• Undertake Site Audits and Site Inspections
• Undertake Toolbox
• Provide HSE Training and Inductions
• Conduct Risk Assessments and Method Statements
• Conduct Accident Investigations

Person Requirements

• Hold a minimum of a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent in Health and Safety
• Member of IOSH
• Have a hands on and engaging approach to health and safety
• Able to build trust and rapport with people of all levels on construction projects
• Strong customer facing skills
• Honesty and integrity (if you don\’t know the answer, be honest and find it out)
