A main contractor specialising in fitout and refurbs is now looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join their team.
Health and Safety Manager - Role- 2-3 Days per week based in HQ and Visiting Sites in central London
- Assist in Tendering H&S and Prequal information.
- Producing CPHSP
- Assisting – Producing RAMS for Sites and Various site tasks.
- Weekly Audits on live projects
- Weekly reports for Directors
- Assisting with Managing the H&S of workforce on site
- Managing H&S in HQ and producing necessary RA – Fire Plans
- Compliance with Legislation relating to H&S
- Managing and Liaising with Site Managers to come up with Proactive Methods to undertake site works.
- Reviews of H&S paperwork and Hold Points prior to work commencing
- Temporary Works Coordination on projects – Managing Process and systems of work. Hold Points.
- Training Matrix and Training Plan updates – review.
- Producing Fire Plans – RA for sites
- Assisting Directors where required
The ideal candidate MUST come from the construction industry as a Health and Safety Manager. You will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience:
- IOSH Member and working towards CMIOSH
- Ideally hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate OR equivalent
- CSCS Registered manager’s card Gold - Black
