Stores Coordinator Leprino is seeking to appoint a Stores Coordinator on a permanent basis. The role is based at the Magheralin site working within the Stores Department. Why Leprino? Strong operational coordination and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of stock control and purchasing processes.
Confident IT skills, including SAP and Excel. Good communication skills across multiple stakeholders. Strong awareness of Health & Safety and Quality requirements. Professional & approachable.

Desirable: Formal qualification or accredited training in one or more of the following: Logistics / Supply Chain Management Stock or Inventory Management Supervisory or Team Leadership (non-people-manager level) Forklift licence (counterbalance / reach) or willingness to obtain Food manufacturing / food safety training, e.g.: HACCP awareness Food safety level 2 (or equivalent) Continuous Improvement training, such as: Lean basics Problem-solving / root cause analysis (e.g. 5 Whys Experience working shift patterns or autonomous shift roles. Experience coordinating third-party storage or transport operations Exposure to audits and continuous improvement activities. Able to support managers on HR processes.
