Leprino is seeking to appoint a Whey Team Lead on a permanent basis. The role is based at the Magheralin site working within the Department Whey Processing department.

The successful candidates will be required to:
As Team Leader for the Whey and Milk Intake Depts. you will play a pivotal role in embedding Leprino's culture and values within your team, driving operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance inclusive environment. You are the first line of leadership on the production floor - visible, proactive, and deeply engaged in the day-to-day coordination of your team to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, and environmental goals.
The successful candidates must have:
Essential:
- GCSE English & Math Pass Level
- Competent in Microsoft Packages
- 1-3 years relevant experience in shift supervision and team leadership in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate experience in using standardised working instructions.
Desirable:
- 3rd Level Qualification or accredited training in Supervisory Management, Food Science, Technology Field
- IOSH Qualification
