Leprino is seeking to appoint a Learning, Development & Engagement Officer on a permanent basis. The role is based at the Magheralin site working within the HR Department.

The Learning, Development & Engagement Officer is responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement and capability development across the site. This role designs, delivers, and evaluates training programmes that enhance employee performance, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support career progression. The post holder will also coach and guide managers in identifying learning needs within their teams, supporting them to embed development conversations into everyday operations. In addition, the role contributes to broader HR initiatives, supporting the people strategy and providing HR support when required. The post holder will maintain strong visibility across the site, attending daily and weekly meetings to understand operational needs and ensure learning, engagement and people initiatives remain aligned with business priorities.
The successful candidates must have:
- Essential:
- 3 years successfully operating in L&OD/HR role.
- Min 1 year experience in leading L&D initiatives
- Experience in designing and delivering of training programmes
- Ability to compile reports for regulatory review or audits
- Third Level Qualification or equivalent
- Train the Trainer Certified
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using Learning Management systems / HR Systems
- Desirable:
- Coaching Qualification
- Certified Insight's Practitioner
- AI Certificate
- Manual Handling Instructor
- Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
- Canva
