We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our UK&I Media team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and developing relationships with assigned affiliate partners across multiple brands. You will play an instrumental role in driving new initiatives and projects to grow the channel within our local structure for the UK & Ireland.

You will be reporting directly to the Affiliate Team Lead, while working closely with other stakeholders in the UK&I Media team and across the wider UK&I cluster, including Marketing, Brand, Creative, AdTech teams and more. In order to drive channel growth, you will cultivate relationships with partners and optimise accounts, helping us take our affiliate strategy to the next level.

To succeed in this role, you need to be a self-driven and self-motivated individual – ready to take ownership of multiple accounts. You will drive revenue growth across your accounts, whilst working closely with the team on the wider strategy. The ideal candidate will be a positive and adaptable team player, with a problem‐solving attitude, and excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Building and developing strong relationships with assigned affiliate partners (including PPC, Paid Media, SEO, in-app and more) across all verticals (casino, live casino, sports betting) and multiple brands.
  • Actively expanding our portfolio of accounts by searching and acquiring new affiliate partners, while renegotiating existing agreements to ensure a positive ROI.
  • Monitoring affiliate performance and traffic to run effective activity while ensuring high quality of the traffic sources and brand safety.
  • Managing reward plans in close collaboration with Central AdOps teams and ensuring tracking solutions work as intended.
  • Ensuring all material across assigned accounts is up to date, including campaigns, creatives, landing pages, bonus offers, links and more.
  • Analysing metrics from internal tools and platforms to track performance and continuously optimise the accounts (including CAC, NDC, ROI, LTV, Rev Share), as well as partnering with the Analytics team to evaluate and optimise performance using data‐led insights.
  • Navigating tracking and attribution systems by partnering with AdTech teams to maximise our measurement capabilities across the channel and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborating with Brand and Creative teams to ensure messaging and creatives are aligned across the accounts and utilise best practices.
  • Working closely with the Central Marketing teams to ensure alignment, consistency and collaboration across markets.
  • Maintaining personal networks by participating in meetings, conferences and industry events, including international travel.
  • Ensuring full compliance with regional advertising regulations and other compliance standards.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • 2-3+ years of experience across the Affiliate channel in the gaming industry (client side or affiliate).
  • Established relationships with industry leading affiliate partners will be considered a plus.
  • Good knowledge of the affiliate world in the industry - from a technical perspective, through best practices, to long‐term growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset, confident in spotting opportunities for growth and with professional experience in using analytics tools (NetRefer, Tableau/Looker, Google Analytics or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent English is essential for this role, both written and spoken.
