As an IT Support Engineer in the Enterprise IT department you will work with a talented team of IT Engineers in multiple offices across Europe, North America and South America, to deliver the best IT experience to our employees. You will have first-hand exposure to new technologies, cloud systems and networking infrastructure.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Preparing and configuring new hardware for Internal employees.
  • Being the first point of contact in your respective office location.
  • Resolve internal tickets on our Jira ticketing system.
  • Work closely with other teams within the Enterprise IT department.
  • Maintain the Asset inventory system to reflect correct data of IT assets.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Essential skills

  • Knowledge of different Operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, iOS and Android
  • Great Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain and improve the current documentation used both internally and by our employees

Nice to have skills

  • A good understanding of network principles and protocols.
  • Knowledge of Cloud-based environments such as Google Admin and Azure
