This role is accountable for defining and delivering our ATL marketing proposition end-to-end. From creative strategy and messaging, through to the execution of large-scale brand campaigns, you will ensure our brand shows up consistently, distinctively and effectively across all external touchpoints. A key part of the role will be working in partnership with the Sponsorships teams to ensure all branding, messaging and activations delivered through sponsorship platforms align to an overarching marketing strategy designed to improve brand health. The role will have line management responsibility for the Organic Social and Marketing Planning functions, both currently small but strategically important capabilities within the wider marketing organisation.

  • Providing strategic direction and support to the Organic Social function, ensuring social activity reinforces broader brand messaging
  • Owning the marketing planning function, ensuring clear articulation, prioritisation and sequencing of major brand and marketing initiatives
  • Using brand tracking, research and insight to inform strategy, measure effectiveness and continuously refine our approach
  • Acting as a senior marketing leader and partner across the business, influencing stakeholders and championing brand thinking
