The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
As the SEO Specialist you are primarily responsible for understanding, communicating, and executing all activities related to the organic search strategy in key search engines. You are responsible for the quality and growth of rankings to drive organic growth resulting in New Depositing Customers (NDCs), mainly, but not exclusively, by content production for Casino, Live Casino and Sports verticals.
You will work closely with the SEO Team manager, content team, offsite team, product/marketing, and acquisition teams to drive the channel and business KPIs, always following SEO best practices to achieve long term organic growth for one or more brands and geos.
You will be responsible for:
- Formulating and executing the SEO strategy for the managed brands, concerning Casino, Live Casino and Sports verticals.
- Ensuring the steady execution of the market strategy over the course of a quarter or year.
- Executing SEO tasks such as meta data, keyword research, content opportunities, SEO elements, schema.org etc.
- Identifying new opportunities across several informational, navigational and commercial keywords, minimising any gaps between the intent of the content on our landing pages.
- Monitoring the organic performance, delivering in-depth traffic and conversion reports.
- Monitoring, tracking and reporting on search metrics and demonstrating SEO’s impact on wider business KPIs.
- Proactively working and executing optimizations from the monitored changes.
- Providing regular competitor analysis and highlighting areas for improvement and/or best practices.
- Creating in-depth and accurate content, scaling this further while gaining a deeper understanding of the industry to produce more effective content.
- Optimising content that assists conversions which ultimately results in depositing players.
- Being the main stakeholder to create SEO rich content and manage a constant workflow of content production.
- Collaborating with the Tech SEO team to suggest and implement on-page technical improvements.
- Being the main point of contact for assigned external agencies and freelancers and managing communications and orders on behalf of the team.
- Working with the off-page team and agencies on link building opportunities.
- Supporting other team members in developing a high standard of quality content and metadata.
- Training and assisting with onboarding of new team members.
- Staying updated with regulatory requirements and ensuring our SEO and content activities use compliant language and techniques.
- Performing ad-hoc SEO tasks as required.
Our successful candidate will have the following:
Essential skills:
- Proficient in English at a native or near-native level.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar SEO role.
- Experience of working both on-page and off-page, with a mobile-first LLM-friendly mindset.
- Experience working with multiple channels to execute SEO strategy.
- An ability to scale up technical SEO strategies and in-depth understanding of search engine behaviour.
- Pro-actively spotting opportunities and raising issues across multiple brands.
- Exceptional communication skills, motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Ability and availability to aid in the development of junior team members.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of additional languages such as Dutch, Spanish (Latam or Spain), German, or Italian would be beneficial.
