About the Role

We're looking for a performance‑driven and commercially aware senior commercial executive to help deliver and optimise our generosity plans across segments for our key UK brands for the gaming vertical. Reporting to the Commercial Manager – Player Value & Loyalty, you'll support the execution of data‑led retention campaigns that align with commercial objectives and customer behaviour. You'll work closely with CRM Delivery, Analytics, Product, Brand and Compliance teams to ensure campaigns are effectively briefed, targeted, and continuously improved to maximise customer value, engagement, and profitability. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working with data, campaign planning, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Supporting the delivery of the week‑by‑week marketing communications plan, ensuring timely execution across the gaming vertical for covert campaigns, FTP and loyalty.
  • Preparing campaign briefs aligned to commercial goals and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Collaborating with CRM Delivery to ensure accurate and timely launch of campaigns.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and working with Analytics to report on impact against KPIs such as NGR, ARPU, and Active Days.
  • Using customer data and insights to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Maintaining the campaign planner, while proactively adapting plans based on performance, trading activity, and customer trends.
  • Assisting in test‑and‑learn initiatives to drive campaign effectiveness and commercial returns.
  • Working closely with other marketing teams to ensure promotional alignment and relevant targeting.
  • Ensuring all products and rewards adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Documenting campaign learnings and sharing key insights with relevant stakeholders.

Our Successful Candidate Will Have The Following:

  • Experience in CRM, or commercial marketing, ideally in gaming, fintech, or e‑commerce knowledge and interest of online sportsbook and gaming products.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Symplify, Braze, Optimove, etc.).
  • Familiarity of executing strategies within a fast‑moving, high growth environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to campaign execution.
  • Confidence working with data and using insight to inform decisions.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
