Overview
Join the Core Experience team and lead a talented, distributed team of full-stack developers across our European tech hubs! As Engineering Manager, you\’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of iGaming for our leading hero brands LeoVegas and BetMGM. You\’ll empower your team to build and maintain the native and web clients, as well as the backend platform that powers these exciting experiences.
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing, innovative full-stack team
- Driving the development and maintenance of native, web, and backend platform components
- Collaborating with Engineering stakeholders to define and execute on the product roadmap
- Fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement within your team
Qualifications
- Essential Skills: Strong engineering background and understanding of full-stack development
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality results
- A passion for growth, innovation, and taking ownership
- Nice-to-Have: Previous experience managing and leading engineering teams
- Knowledge of the iGaming industry
