As the Risk, Fraud & Payments (RFP) Manager, you will lead a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to safeguarding our operations while enhancing the customer experience in the UK market. You'll oversee the RFP Leaders team, guiding them to meet departmental goals and KPIs while maintaining a customer-centric and efficient approach.
As the Risk, Fraud & Payments (RFP) Manager, you will lead a team focused on risk management, fraud prevention, and payment processes. Your leadership will be key in defining strategic priorities, streamlining workflows, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, all while fostering an innovative team environment.
You will work on impactful projects, including creating strategic and operational roadmaps in collaboration with the Operations Director, and collaborating with departments like Data & Analytics, Compliance/AML Governance, and Product & Tech.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Managing day-to-day RFP operations.
- Leading the RFP Leaders team.
- Ensuring departmental goals and KPIs are met.
- Supporting customer query resolution across markets.
- Defining strategic priorities with a customer-centric approach.
- Monitoring performance and suggesting efficiency improvements.
- Simplifying processes while ensuring compliance.
- Aligning team priorities and objectives.
- Collaborating on strategic and operational roadmaps.
- Maintaining relationships with other departments.
- Analyzing results with Data & Analytics team.
- Handling issues and escalations from Compliance/AML officers.
- Collaborating with QA, Systems & Training, CS, SG, and AML teams.
Successful Candidate’s Skills:
- At least two years of leadership experience, preferably in online gambling.
- Minimum two years in Risk, Fraud & Payments, with knowledge of RFP, AML & SG laws, regulations, and compliance.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic regulatory environment.
- Logical reasoning for risk assessment and decision-making.
- Proactive approach to industry trends and threats.
- Data analysis skills, especially in Fraud & deception patterns.
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with UK gambling regulations.
- Experience with anti-fraud tools like SEON is a plus.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Tableau, and Zendesk.
