About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team. You will act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, analyzing complex market trends, customer behavior, and business performance across multiple regions.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with BI and Data Engineering teams to enhance dashboards and reports.
- Innovate in data analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Analyze customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies, providing optimization recommendations.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights to support regional business decisions.
- Mentor junior analysts and ensure high-quality analytical outputs.
- Own complex domain-related problems, leading their resolution and applying best practices.

Requirements
- Experience in a Senior Analyst role with handling complex data and strategic projects, preferably within the gambling sector.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau.
