Backed by the strength of MGM Resorts International and LeoVegas Group, we are bringing the gold standard of entertainment to disrupt the sector. As we scale rapidly, we are building a world-class local team, and performance insights are at the heart of our commercial strategy. The Portfolio Analyst is not just a data expert, but a commercial leader with consultancy-level problem-solving skills to join our high-performing UK analytics function. You will operate across all business functions - from marketing and product to operations and finance - with a clear mission: to understand, optimise, and grow how the business makes money. This role blends deep analytical expertise with strategic advisory capability, delivering insights that shape decision-making, drive revenue, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head of Group Performance & Insights, Senior Commercial Director and CCO to embed a world-class portfolio analytics framework to help drive fast, actionable portfolio and business decisions.
  • Serve as a commercial thought leader, shaping strategy, challenging conventions, and elevating commercial thinking across the Group.
  • Act as a strategic partner to functional leaders (Marketing, Product, CRM, Pricing, Risk, Operations, Finance) to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
  • Analyse end-to-end revenue drivers across acquisition, retention, monetisation, and customer lifetime value.
  • Lead consultancy-style problem solving, from scoping questions to prioritising projects, structuring analysis, and delivering clear recommendations.
  • Build and deliver actionable performance insights that directly influence revenue, customer behaviour, and profitability.
  • Support the Head of Group Performance & Insights and Group Performance Directors in embedding actionable, data-driven insights into regular performance conversations.
  • Partner with finance and commercial teams to enhance revenue forecasting, campaign ROI, and P&L modelling.
  • Collaborate with central teams to embed and maintain a world-class analytics framework covering transactional, market, competitor, and customer data.
  • Contribute to a data-driven culture by sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and promoting analytical best practice.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a commercial analytics, revenue optimisation, or strategy role within online gambling, gaming, or a similarly fast-paced digital sector.
  • Consultancy craft - skilled in problem solving (at least five years in a commercial leadership role), hypothesis-led thinking, project prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of how digital businesses generate revenue and profit.
  • Expertise across multiple analytics domains: performance, product, operations, customer, and commercial.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with modern cloud data environments (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Excellent communicator, able to present complex data in clear, concise, and compelling ways to senior stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative, comfortable working across multiple teams and disciplines.

Benefits

  • Hybrid working - 3 days per week at the office, with flexibility for 2 days at home.
  • Workation – Take your job on an adventure with our Workation benefit for up to 4 weeks per year (T&Cs apply).
  • Plenty of time to recharge – 28 days of paid leave, plus all public and bank holidays in England.
  • Invest in your future – We match pension contributions up to 6%.
  • Comprehensive healthcare – BUPA coverage, including pre-existing conditions, plus a cashback plan for dental, optical, and other treatments.
  • Wellbeing allowance – Β£250 annual allowance for you to invest in your health and wellbeing (T&Cs apply).
  • A great workplace experience – Talented colleagues, free onsite parking, complimentary snacks and drinks, Monday breakfasts, and Friday lunches.
  • A social culture you’ll love – Regular opportunities to attend sporting events throughout the year, plus a quarterly team budget for even more fun.
