We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Relationship Manager to join our UK team. The role focuses on selling LEOS-developed residential properties, managing client relationships end-to-end, and contributing directly to revenue growth. This is a developer-side sales role, offering exposure to premium products, structured pipelines, and international buyers.
Key Responsibilities- Sell LEOS residential developments to local and international clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, property presentations, negotiations, reservation, and contract progression.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and referral partners.
- Provide professional guidance on pricing, payment plans, and investment value.
- Deliver a high-end client experience aligned with LEOS’ brand positioning.
- Follow up on inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and events.
- Proactively develop new business through networking, referrals, and client databases.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting.
