Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead data-driven, performance-focused digital marketing across multiple brands within the Group. This role is not about aggressive promotion or hype. It is about precision, analytics, brand consistency, and long-term value creation across international markets. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a high-standards, low-noise environment, with strong analytical capability and commercial judgement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple Group brands
- Manage and optimise paid digital channels (Google, Meta, programmatic, SEO/SEM, CRM funnels)
- Analyse campaign performance, user behaviour, and conversion data to drive continuous optimisation
- Oversee content strategy and digital brand presence, ensuring consistency across platforms
- Work closely with senior management to align digital marketing with group-level strategy and risk profile
- Manage external agencies, platforms, and specialist vendors where required
- Support targeted campaigns across real estate, lifestyle, professional brands, and international markets
- Prepare clear performance reports and insights for senior management
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or equivalent senior role
- Strong background in data-driven marketing, analytics, and performance optimisation
- Experience in online retail, fashion, technology, professional services, or premium brands is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of digital funnels, attribution models, and ROI measurement
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms
- Ability to manage multiple brands across different markets and audiences
- Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail and execution discipline
