About the company & role

An international infrastructure business is seeking a Company Secretarial & Finance Administrator to join its legal and finance teams on an initial six-month fixed-term contract. Operating across multiple jurisdictions, the organisation manages critical digital infrastructure that underpins global connectivity and it is currently looking to invest in the growth of its legal, governance and finance functions.

Working closely with the Company Secretary and Treasury team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of the group's governance records, statutory documentation and treasury administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some company secretarial and governance experience who is looking to broaden their exposure within an international business, working alongside senior stakeholders across legal, finance and external advisers.

This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same. From supporting board documentation, statutory records and governance projects to assisting with treasury administration, banking documentation and audit requests, you'll become an integral member of the team. The role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, takes pride in producing accurate work and thrives on keeping multiple processes organised and running smoothly.

What's on offer?

This role offers excellent variety, combining company secretarial, governance and treasury responsibilities within a collaborative in-house legal team. You'll support the management of corporate records, statutory documentation and governance processes, while also assisting with treasury administration, banking documentation, KYC requests and audit activities.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll gain valuable exposure to the inner workings of an international business and play an important role in ensuring corporate records remain accurate, compliant and audit-ready.

For guidance purposes only and dependent on experience, the provisional salary has been set at Β£35,000 FTE, together with a 10% contract completion bonus, pension and a comprehensive benefits package.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have (likely around 6 months to one year of) previous experience supporting company secretarial, governance or corporate administration activities, either in-house or within a professional services environment. You'll have a good understanding of statutory records, board documentation or wider corporate governance processes, alongside excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, accurate and diligent, taking pride in producing high-quality work and maintaining well-structured records. You'll be confident managing multiple priorities, handling confidential information with discretion and building relationships with stakeholders across legal, finance and external advisers.

Due to the collaborative nature of the role, you'll be based in the company's central London office four days per week (Monday to Thursday), providing an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.
