The role
You'll work across a varied portfolio of clients and industries, giving you exposure to different types of R&D activity and a wide range of client projects.
You'll have exposure to:
- Supporting the delivery of R&D Tax claims across a broad client portfolio.
- Working directly with clients to understand their R&D activities and identify qualifying projects.
- Taking part in technical discussions and client interviews.
- Developing your skills in preparing and delivering high-quality R&D Tax claims.
- Building your understanding of both the technical and financial costing aspects of claims.
- Working across the 360 R&D Tax process and developing a broader understanding of the full claim lifecycle.
- Working closely with experienced consultants and learning from a highly collaborative team.
- Gaining exposure to a variety of clients, from innovative start-ups through to larger, established and FTSE-listed businesses.
- Taking on greater ownership as your knowledge and confidence develops.

What you'll need
- Ideally 1-2 years' experience working in R&D Tax, although we're very open to candidates looking to make the move into the sector.
- A scientific background and relevant qualification is essential.
- Based in London and comfortable working on-site.
