A rapidly growing Top 30 accountancy practice is expanding its Innovation & Incentives team and is looking for a motivated individual to support clients across a range of sectors with their R&D tax relief claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside senior team members to manage and deliver a diverse client portfolio
• Join client meetings to explore qualifying projects and relevant R&D expenditure
• Gather and assess technical information to identify eligible activity
• Draft clear, concise technical narratives for submission to HMRC
• Prepare R&D claim reports and Additional Information Forms (AIFs)
• Support wider team initiatives, including marketing and business development

What We’re Looking For

• Degree-level education or relevant experience in R&D tax (not essential)
• A natural curiosity and genuine interest in science, technology, or innovation
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
• A client-focused mindset with the ability to adapt across sectors and sizes
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities
• Comfortable building rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
• Eager to learn and develop within a growing, specialist team
