Leonid Group has been retained by a highly regarded and growing accountancy practice to hire an ambitious R&D Tax Manager into its successful London team. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who wants genuine ownership, visibility and long-term progression within a growing business. The team is continuing to expand through acquisition and the successful individual will play a key role across a varied portfolio of innovative and technology-led clients.
The role itself offers a strong balance of technical delivery, client management and commercial exposure. You will work closely with clients to understand complex R&D activity, manage claims end-to-end and support businesses across a broad range of innovation incentives. The environment is collaborative, high-performing and commercially minded, with a clear focus on recognising and rewarding ambitious individuals who want to continue progressing their career.
Key requirements:
- Strong R&D Tax experience gained within practice or consultancy
- Software / IT claims exposure is essential
- Confident in managing the full claim process from technical discussions through to submission
- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify wider advisory opportunities
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be within commutable distance to London and open to hybrid working (3 days in office)
