If you are an aspiring Audit Partner who wants to be at the forefront of this change, leading a PE-backed firm as it becomes a top player in the UK market, read on.
If you are someone who can deliver excellent service to an established book of clients, you will be a great fit. You will be taking over a significant book of business on arrival, giving you the perfect platform to be promoted to Partner within 12-18 months. Your clients will be owner-managed and privately held businesses, both local and international, with revenues of up to £100mil.
Opportunity
You will help the existing Partners to manage a small, but growing team of auditors. You will be someone who enjoys coaching and mentoring, as you will have 10 juniors, seniors, and managers who you will be supporting and managing from day one.
Responsibilities
You will be supported by a firm who are investing in the latest technologies, marketing, and office spaces. With long-term incentives in place to reward their staff as they grow, there is a significant opportunity for financial reward. We expect you to make Partner within roughly a year of joining.
Role requirements
- An experienced audit professional who holds an ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in both technical accounting and business development at a reputable accounting firm in the UK.
- Happy to travel to Kettering 2-3 days a week to manage both staff and client relationships, working from home the rest of the time.
