We are keen to speak with candidates who bring both technical credibility and emotional intelligence.
- Senior leadership experience as a Head of Health & Safety, Director of H&S, or Global EHS Leader
- Exposure to international or multi‑jurisdictional operations
- Strong, current regulatory knowledge and the ability to apply it pragmatically across regions
- Experience modernising or transforming an H&S function
- A track record of influencing at Executive and Board level
- High EQ, with the ability to engage, challenge and inspire diverse stakeholders
