We’re looking for an experienced Couples Counsellor to join our team at Leone Centre, a respected and welcoming therapy practice in London.

Location: Online and/or at our consulting rooms in Fulham, Kensington, Belgravia, or Wimbledon.

Contract: Self‑Employed Associate within Leone Centre.

Hourly Rate: Competitive, based on experience and availability.

Availability: We welcome applications from therapists who offer:

  • In‑person sessions at our London consulting rooms
  • Online‑only sessions
  • A combination of both online and in‑person sessions (If working in‑person, a minimum of 10 hours per week at our London sites is preferred).

Part‑time, with weekday, evening, and/or weekend slots available to choose from.

Responsibilities: As a self‑employed associate, you will work within Leone Centre’s established framework, systems, and processes, ensuring consistency and high quality for clients. You will provide individual and couples therapy sessions, with the flexibility to shape your hours within the booking framework, typically offering availability for two days per week or a few evenings, with the option of weekends. You will be supported daily by an admin team handling client intake, setting up initial paid consultations, and managing ongoing bookings, allowing you to focus entirely on sessions. Whether online via Zoom or in our consulting rooms, you benefit from a system that covers room fees, cancellations, and logistical concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Registration with UKCP or BACP.
  • A core qualification in counselling or psychotherapy.
  • Based in the UK with professional indemnity insurance (including US, Canada, and worldwide cover).
  • Experience delivering individual and couples therapy.
  • Comfortable supporting a wide range of relational and individual issues.
  • Proficiency with digital systems and responsive organisation.
