Working at Leone Centre
As a therapist at Leone Centre, you will have the flexibility to set your own weekly hours. Many of our therapists typically offer availability for two days per week, a few evenings, or weekends if preferred. You can work in-person at our London consulting rooms (minimum 10 hours per week preferred) or online-only, or a combination of both. We support you with a streamlined admin, billing, and referral system: your admin team is the first point of contact for all clients, handling introductory calls and scheduling subsequent sessions through our booking system. The admin team is available Monday to Friday, 9 am‑6 pm, for any queries or client needs. You can focus entirely on your sessions while we manage logistics.

Qualifications
- Registration with BACP, UKCP, or an equivalent professional body
- A core qualification in counselling or psychotherapy
- Based in the UK and hold professional indemnity insurance (including worldwide cover)
- Experience delivering individual counselling or psychotherapy
- Confidence supporting a wide range of emotional and psychological issues
- Comfortable with digital systems (training provided) and able to work in a responsive, organised, and ethical way
- Experience in individual therapy
- Weekly availability and preferred working hours
