Working With Leone Centre
As a self-employed associate, you retain professional autonomy while benefiting from our established systems. Our administrative team manages initial enquiries and schedules clients directly into a paid first consultation with you. Ongoing sessions are arranged through our booking system, allowing you to focus fully on your clinical work. Whether delivering sessions online or in person, you benefit from a framework that offers professional support and manages:

Who We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- MBTI Certified Practitioner (minimum Step I)
- Experience facilitating individual and group/team MBTI feedback
- Core qualification in counselling or psychotherapy
- Proven therapeutic experience integrating counselling and MBTI
- UKCP or BACP registration
- Based in the UK
- Professional indemnity insurance (including UK, US, Canada, and worldwide cover)
- Competent with digital systems and able to work in an organised, responsive manner
Desirable Qualities
- In-person availability
- Ability to present the MBTI framework confidently
- Couples counselling qualification and experience
- Organisational consulting experience
- Experience working with LGBTQ+ clients
- Training and experience supporting neurodivergent clients (ADHD, Autism)
