UK-based Customer Assistant with Content Writing and Social Media Experience for a Counselling Practice. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and being creative. We are looking for a versatile candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit who can handle various tasks simultaneously.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and prompt responses via phone and email. Additionally, you will handle important administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations, including the use of our booking and CRM systems. You will be responsible for creating, editing and uploading content to various websites and social media platforms and connecting with our audience. You will work as part of a team, reporting to the Practice Manager, maintaining good communication, and providing regular updates on important information, tasks, and events.
Job Details:
- Contract: Self-employed.
- Hours: Around 15 hours/week on average within office hours and Saturdays on rotation.
- Hourly rate: Based on experience.
- Location: Must be based in UK, working remotely or London-based.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and great attention to detail.
- A confident, positive, empathetic, and friendly demeanour.
- Able to prioritise and manage your workload efficiently.
- Blog and content writing skills/experience.
- Know how to add/update content on various websites (specifically WordPress).
- Able to post on various social media platforms.
- Visual design knowledge in various content styles (use of Canva).
- Work within a team and independently.
- Be proficient in IT systems and software.
- A PC or laptop with paid anti-virus and anti-malware installed.
- A reliable internet connection.
- A mobile phone can be solely dedicated to this role (paid SIM provided by us).
- Have experience with online appointment booking systems and CRM systems.
- Be familiar with cloud-based storage systems.
- Understand and commit to confidentiality.
- Have sound knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
Desirable:
- Experience in marketing, using various mediums, project planning, etc.
