Working within a collaborative creative team and reporting to the Head of Brand Creation, you will play a key role in translating technical information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling content across print, digital, and experiential platforms.

This role suits a proactive designer who combines strong conceptual thinking with excellent execution, and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, security-conscious environment. You will be responsible for the production of photorealistic 3D visuals for use within printed, digital and dynamic (animated) materials. You will also design and deliver a wide range of visual assets supporting marketing, business development, internal communications, exhibitions, and digital channels. Your work will ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice across all touchpoints.

Core outputs include:

  • 3D still images
  • 3D animated content
  • Brochures and technical datasheets
  • Exhibition and event graphics
  • Social media and digital campaign assets
  • Infographics and web visuals
  • Corporate presentations

Alongside core design work, you will contribute to the evolution of our creative capabilities, with opportunities to explore emerging technologies such as VR, AR, and real-time 3D. This is a hybrid role, with time divided between home and one of the UK Offices.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead creative development from concept through to final delivery across multiple channels
  • Take 3D model data provided by engineering departments, and convert them into static photorealistic visuals for use within marketing materials
  • Migrate those same visuals into animated content for use within publicity videos
  • Translate complex technical briefs into clear, engaging visual solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, business development, internal communications, and events
  • Ensure consistent application of brand and visual identity guidelines
  • Advise stakeholders on effective visual communication approaches
  • Contribute ideas to campaigns, exhibitions, and creative strategy
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative processes and workflow efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism, particularly when handling sensitive information
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting strong and consistent visual communication.

What you'll bring:

  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in 3D Design and Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality execution across print and digital media
  • High proficiency in 3D tools including Studio Max
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain and justify design decisions
  • Ability to interpret briefs and develop them into effective creative solutions

This is not an exhaustive list, and we are keen to hear from you even if you might not have experience in all the above. The most important skill is a good attitude and willingness to learn.
