Salary £59,500 to £75,000. Leonardo UK operates a grade-based salary framework with broad bands. The salary range shown reflects the approved grade band for this role, or a narrower hiring range published within that band, and is benchmarked against the external market. Exceptions above the standard range are managed through governance controls to protect internal equity.

We are looking for a highly motivated System Integration & Qualification Lead for the P4E Mk0 Radar Product. The successful candidate will lead the P4E System Integration and Qualification team, manage the integration environment and coordinate testing to support the delivery of the P4E product to the customer. This includes development of the Integration, verification and qualification strategies. The role offers significant exposure to all aspects of the Radar domain and presents an excellent development opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Generation of traceability through DOORS from top level system requirements into the ATD/Test Cards that contribute to release specific evidence generation
  • Create Test, Integration, acceptance & verification plan that feeds into the SEDP
  • Create Integration
  • Create Test Cards
  • Create Acceptance Test Descriptions
  • Create Acceptance Test Procedure
  • Creation of Lab specific scripting of test execution and analysis
  • Create Test Reports
  • Accurate and clear recording of defects
  • Management of Hardware (Radar and Test Equipment), ensuring that demand is always met
  • Support of System Problem Report (SPR) analysis and fix verification

Qualifications

  • Authoring specifications and plans for Integration, Verification & Qualification
  • Leading Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), and being involved in PDRs and CDRs
  • Experience of integration and test of a complex System in an integration lab environment
  • Experience of DOORS, Jira & Confluence
  • Prior management experience in organizing a team of engineers and setting & tracking daily objectives

Nice to have

  • Experience of DOORS for system requirements and traceability of testing
  • Experience of working in an Agile project environment
