What You’ll Bring

  • Lead the definition, implementation, and achievement of a UK Procurement Supply Chain Development (SCD) Plan aimed at improving the performance and capability of suppliers, including identification of target suppliers, tools, and methodologies to apply.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with the UK Category Procurement Category team, Manufacturing Engineering and UK Supplier Quality to deliver shared objectives and category strategies.
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of a Sustainable Procurement programme through gathering qualification data from suppliers and conducting assessments, as necessary.
  • Lead supplier compliance initiatives by efficiently engaging with our supply chain on specified topics.
  • Support the Demonstrated Performance reviews at site level and the corresponding UK level review. Use data/knowledge gained as a reference for supplier improvement initiatives, and collaborate with UK Category and Lines of Business to manage supplier risk.
  • Support supplier pre-qualification process, including SAP Approved Suppliers list, JOSCAR participation and alignment with Leonardo corporate requirements.

This is not an exhaustive list, and we are keen to hear from you even if you might not have experience in all the above. The most important skill is a good attitude and willingness to learn.
