Exceptions above the standard range are managed through governance controls to protect internal equity.\ We are looking for a skilled aviation engineer who we will train to become a Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) Engineer.\ You will apply your existing maintenance knowledge, skills and experience to this new role. As part of our R&M Team, you will help us drive continuous improvement in platform performance. You will be providing support to design engineering, logistics modelling and prepare contracted deliverable outputs for a range of helicopter programmes across the lifecycle.\ You will be based at Leonardo’s site in Yeovil, the Home of British Helicopters, which has been an aerospace hub for more than 100 years. Yeovil is set close to the countryside, within a 40-minute drive of the Jurassic coast and has rail links which can get you to Bristol and Bath in under an hour and a half.\ What you will do as a Reliability & Maintainability Engineer:\ Influence design through Reliability, Maintainability and Testability analysis\ N Create and maintain Failure Modes Effect Analysis (FMEA) documents\ N Create and maintain Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) documents\ Training and mentoring will be provided to enable you to be successful in this role.\ Qualified in a relevant engineering discipline\ N An understanding of mechanical, electrical or systems engineering.\ An understanding of preventative and corrective maintenance.\ Computing skills including MSWord and Excel are essential\ N Security Clearance \We offer a comprehensive, company-funded benefits package that supports your wellbeing, career development, and work–life balance.
